FAQ: How can I Enable Types of Service in VirtualRX for my business?

Enabling Types of Service:
- Navigate to Settings -> Business Settings -> Modules.
- Check the “Types of Service” option and save.

Adding New Types of Service:
- Go to Settings -> Types of Service -> Add.
- Enter a name, description, and select a Price Group for each location.
- Specify the Default Selling price if applicable.
- Add packing charges (fixed or percentage) and include additional information in custom fields.

Using Types of Service in POS/Sales Screen:
- Enable Types of Service in the POS screen.
- During a sale, select the relevant Type of Service and input the necessary details.
