Enabling Payment Accounts:

• Navigate to Settings -> Business Settings -> Modules.
• Enable the “Accounts” option and save the settings.
• The “Payment accounts” option will now be visible in the left navigation bar.

Payment Account Types & Sub-Types:

• Visit Payment accounts -> List accounts -> Account Types to manage account types.
• Create account types and sub-account types as needed to categorize your transactions efficiently.

2. Setting Default Payment Accounts for Payment Methods:

Managing Payment Methods:

• In Add/Edit Business Location, set default payment accounts for each payment method.
• When a payment method is linked, the system will automatically select the associated payment account when processing sales, purchases, or expenses.
